Description

Flavored with lime, garlic, and onion, this avocado mousse is smooth and creamy. Made with a combination of cream and mayonnaise, the buttery smoothness of the avocado takes this dip to the next level. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
1/2 cups water
2 cups avocado (diced)
1/4 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cups cream
1 lime
salt
1 piece onions
garlic salt

Directions

1Hydrate the gelatin in the water. Microwave for 15 seconds. Set aside.
2In a blender, add the avocado, mayonnaise, cream, lime juice, salt to taste, onion, garlic salt, and gelatin.
3Pour into a mold and refrigerate for 8 hours.
4Plate and serve with crackers.
