What are you going to do with that package of ground beef you have in the refrigerator? Why not try this Baked Beef with Salsa? It takes about an hour to prepare, so make sure you have the time. The recipe, which feeds a family of four, includes ground beef, prepared spicy salsa, cubed stale bread, milk, minced garlic, minced onions, an egg, minced parsley, grated parmesan cheese, salt, and ground black pepper. Make sure to keep some salsa for topping.

Ingredients

400 grams ground beef
1/4 cups salsa (prepared spicy)
1 rolls (stale bread, cubed)
1/4 cups milk
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 cups onions (minced)
1 eggs
1/3 cups parsley (minced)
1/4 cups parmesan cheese (grated)
salt and ground black pepper
salsa (Extra)

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius.
2Mix the milk and bread together in a large bowl until the bread soaks in the milk. Mash into a paste.
3Add the beef, salsa, garlic, onion, parsley, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
4Form into a log on aluminum foil and flatten to form a rectangle. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, spread with the additional salsa and return to oven. Bake for 10 minutes more.
5Let cool before cutting and serving.
