Ingredients

100 grams spinach
250 grams ground beef
bread crumbs
1 eggs
heavy cream (splash)
ground black pepper
8 squid (small, bodies separated from tentacles)
1 leeks (chopped)
1 onions (chopped)
1 garlic cloves (diced)
1 bottle tomato sauce
8 ounces water
1 vegetable bouillon cube
salt

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Boil the spinach in salted boiling water.
3Drain and mix in a bowl with the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, cream, and pepper.
4Fill the squid bodies with this mixture.
5Place on a baking tray and bake for 45 minutes.
6For the sauce, saute together the leek, onion, and garlic.
7Once softened, add the tomato sauce.
8Dissolve 1/2 of the vegetable bouillon cube in a glass of water and add this to the vegetables once they are all warmed through. Salt to taste.
9Simmer 5 minutes then blend.
10Serve the squid with the sauce drizzled on top.
