Ingredients

1 carrots (peeled and grated)
1 red bell pepper (seeded and cut into strips)
1 green onions (sliced)
1 cup cabbage (cut into strips)
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoons honey (natural)
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
salt
ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 almonds (crushed)

Directions

1Place the carrot, bell pepper, onion, and cabbage to a large salad bowl and toss.
