Ingredients

2 chicken breast halves (skinless and deboned)
1/4 cups teriyaki sauce
1 mango (Tommy Atkins)
mozzarella cheese (sliced)
onions (thinly sliced)
3 whole wheat hamburger buns
jalapeno chilies
avocado

Directions

1Marinate the chicken in the teriyaki sauce for 30 minutes.
2Peel the mango and cut into thick wedges. Set aside.
3Grill the chicken for 4 minutes on each side. When it is almost done, add cheese slices on top. Remove from the grill and allow the cheese to melt.
4Heat the bread in the grill. Also, cook the mango, 1 minute on each side.
5Assemble the hamburger and add onion, jalapeno chilies, and avocado. Serve immediately.
