Description

Dark chocolate and bananas, what a way to start the day! These muffins are tender and moist, dotted with chocolate chunks and banana for a delicious and sweet way to get your morning started on the right foot. Plus, they come together in about 35 minutes, making them a great choice for weekdays and weekends.

Ingredients

2 eggs
180 grams brown sugar
250 grams flour
100 grams melted butter
60 milliliters milk
salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
100 grams dark chocolate (chopped, each square quartered)
1 bananas (sliced)

Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Prepare two bowls: in the first bowl, mix the eggs with the milk, sugar, and melted butter
3In the second bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
4Add the chopped chocolate and the banana, then the mixture from the first bowl.
5Stir rapidly with a spoon, muffin dough doesn't require a lot of preparation, just a bare mix. So as soon as dough is smooth, stop mixing.
6Pour into paper liners (optional) and then put them in muffin tins (rigid or silicone).
7Bake for about twenty minutes (check baking after 15 minutes).
8Make two batches if necessary.
