It includes onions, garlic, green chilies, curry powder, shrimp, coconut milk, lime juice, grated coconut, salt, ground black pepper and chopped coriander. Serve it over your favorite rice. Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onions (small, chopped)
1 garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 green chilies (seeded and shredded)
1 teaspoon curry powder
400 grams prawns (or shrimp)
400 milliliters coconut milk
3 lime juice
1 tablespoon grated coconut
salt (to taste)
ground black pepper (to taste)
1 sprig coriander (chopped)

Directions

1In a large pot, heat the oil.
2Add onion and minced garlic, saute for a few minutes.
3Add chili and curry powder, continue cooking for a few minutes over low heat.
4Add the prawns or shrimp, cover with coconut milk.
5Cook for about 10 minutes.
6Add lime juice and coconut, stirring constantly.
7Season with salt and pepper, remove from heat.
8To serve, sprinkle with chopped coriander. Accompany with basmati rice.
