Gourmet Watermelon with Red Fruits

Description

If you love fruit, you won’t be able to get enough of this dessert. You can cheat and serve it as a side during that fancy dinner you’ve been planning. Not only do you get your watermelon, but you also get three types of berries to complement the sweet juiciness of the melon. Great for hydrating before or after working in the hot sun.

Ingredients

1 watermelon
250 grams strawberries
250 grams raspberries
250 grams blueberries
mint leaves
strawberry syrup

Directions

1Cut the watermelon in 2/3.
2Empty a part of the inside of the watermelon, cut it into small cubes.
3Put in the watermelon, all the red fruits (strawberries cut into 2 or 4), the pieces of watermelon, and 4 tablespoons of strawberry syrup. Add 3 chopped mint leaves. Gently mix the fruit.
4Serve chilled.
