Ingredients

pineapple
1 slice syrup
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter
4 eggs
1 cup condensed milk
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons baking powder

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Cover a bundt cake mold with a light layer of butter or cooking spray and flour.
3Place 4 to 6 slices of pineapple at the bottom of the mold.
4Pour 1 cup of sugar into a pan and caramelize the sugar by heating it up on low heat until it becomes dark and somewhat liquefied. Add the caramelized sugar into the cake mold onto the pineapples.
5Melt the butter in a small pot, and then add the remaining sugar into the pot and mix well. Add the melted butter to a bowl and allow to cool slightly.
6Add the eggs and mix well.
7Add the milk, flour, baking powder and pineapple syrup and mix everything well.
8Pour the mixture into the bundt cake mold.
9Place the mold in the oven and bake for 45 minutes.
