150 grams butter
100 milliliters olive oil
225 grams sugar
1 lime
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 eggs
100 grams almonds
100 grams pistachios
50 grams flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius, and grease a cake pan.
2Beat the butter and sugar together until creamy. Add the lime zest and vanilla.
