Ingredients

olive oil
1/2 onions (finely chopped)
250 grams ground beef
salt
ground black pepper
425 grams crushed tomatoes (canned)
200 grams pumpkin (sliced into small cubes)
1 garlic cloves (minced)
215 grams red beans (canned)
215 grams corn kernels (cooked)

Directions

1Heat a dash of olive oil in a large cooking pot at low flame.
2Add the onion, ground beef, and salt and pepper to taste to the cooking pot. Stir occasionally until the onion looks transparent.
3Add the crushed tomatoes, pumpkin, and garlic, and cook for 20 minutes while stirring occasionally.
4Add the red beans and corn kernels to the pot, and cook for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally.
5Turn off the stove and serve.
