Description

This moist, melt in your mouth cake is made with no dairy products, using coconut milk yogurt instead for a light sweetness that pairs well with the apple and cinnamon. This dairy free bundt cake will surely disappear slice by slice.

Ingredients

1 apples
50 grams coconut (dehydrated)
1 coconut milk yogurt (natural)
3 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
200 milliliters olive oil
200 grams sugar
600 grams flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
fine salt

Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Grease a bundt cake with butter and sprinkle with flour. Set aside.
3Cut the apple into quarters, and remove the core.
4Place in the cup and chop for 5 seconds at speed 6.
5Add coconut, yogurt, eggs, cinnamon, olive oil and sugar.
6Set for 4 min, speed 4.
7Finally add the flour, the baking powder and salt and involve for 5 sec at speed 3.
8Place the dough in the form and bake for about 35 minutes.
9Check the cooking, unmold and let it cool.
