Ingredients

30 grams butter
1 kilogram chuck (cut into large cubes)
1 onions (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon flour
beer (25 cl.)
1 slice bread (or gingerbread.)
1 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Directions

1Heat 20 gr. of butter in a pressure cooker, brown the meat on all sides.
2Remove from heat and set aside.
3Melt 10 gr. butter add the onion .
4Saute for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
5Add the meat, sprinkle with flour and add the beer.
6Stir and add the slice of bread spread with mustard and brown sugar.
7Season with salt and pepper.
8Cover and lock the pressure cooker to build pressure over high heat.
9When the indicator sounds, turn heat down to medium and let it simmer for 35 minutes.
10Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
11Run under cold water to help release the pressure before unsealing the lid.
