Description

Replace your traditional bread sticks! Topped with salt and rosemary, you can dip them in soup, marinara sauce, or eat them along side your favorite pasta dish. They have a mild flavor that complements foods with a strong flavor.

Ingredients

450 grams flour
270 milliliters water
1/2 teaspoons salt
11 grams dry yeast
olive oil
rosemary
salt (Fleur de sel)

Directions

1Put the flour, water, salt, and yeast in the mixer, and knead for 7/8 minutes. Let it rest in a place away from drafts during 1 hour.
2Preheat oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
3Shape the dough on a rectangular silicon sheet. Let it rest again for 40 minutes.
4Make holes spaced with the fingertips, pour olive oil (I use a spray oil to not put too much). Add rosemary leaves and fleur de sel before baking.
5Cook for 20 minutes. Cut into wide strips and taste lukewarm
