Ingredients

1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/2 cups water
150 milliliters apple juice
1 green apples (diced)
1 kiwi (diced)
5 fresh mint
1 teaspoon Iswari chlorella
1/4 cups spinach leaves (chopped)

Directions

1In a bowl, soak chia seeds in water for a few minutes.
2Pour chia seed mixture in blender. Add apple juice, kiwi, apple, mint leaves, and spinach.
3Mix until well blended with a creamy consistency.
