Ingredients

1 avocado (ripe, chopped)
2 tomatoes (quartered)
1/2 cups cilantro (minced)
3 lime
3 scallions (thinly sliced)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cans tuna (drained)
1 teaspoon chili flakes (arbol, may substitute cayenne)
salt and ground black pepper

Directions

1Whisk together the olive oil, 2 tablespoons lime juice, and chile flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
2Combine the tomatoes, scallion, cilantro, and tuna. Add the salad dressing, tossing to coat.
3Add the remaining tablespoon of lime juice to the avocado and sprinkle with salt. Add to the salad, tossing carefully.
4Serve.
