Description

This cheesecake, made with yogurt instead of cream cheese, features the light and delicate flavor of orange. A food processor is used for combining ingredients for added ease and speed. Enjoy with your favorite sauce or fruit.

Ingredients

250 grams sugar
2 eggs
50 grams margarine
120 grams flour
4 unsweetened natural yogurts
1 orange juice (and zest)

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Grease a pie pan with margarine. Set aside.
3Mix sugar, eggs, and margarine in the food processor.
4Add the flour and knead.
5Finally add the yogurt, orange juice and zest, and knead again.
6If necessary, finish mixing with the spatula.
7Spread the dough in the pie pan.
8Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until cooked and golden brown.
9Open the oven door, and let cool in the oven for about 10 minutes.
