Ingredients

1/2 carrots (peeled and chopped)
1 tablespoon onions (minced)
1/4 cups green bell pepper (minced)
1 lemon
1 teaspoon light mayonnaise
1 chile pepper (arbol)
5 ounces canned tuna (drained)
salt
ground black pepper
1 avocado (ripe, pitted and cut in half)

Directions

1In a bowl, add the carrot, onion, bell pepper, lemon juice, mayonnaise, chile pepper, tuna, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix well.
2Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Let the bowl sit in the refrigerator for one hour.
3Scoop out a small portion of avocado from each half, add the tuna salad to each avocado half.
