Ingredients

1 cup semolina (fine)
2 cups milk (or 2 cups half-and-half, Milk and water)
2 bananas (small ripe, mashed)
1 cup sugar (or to taste- I use less around 3/4th cup)
1/2 cups raisins
3 cardamom (powder)
3 tablespoons clarified butter (ghee, cannot substitute this with anything else in my humble opinion)
