4 1/2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoons cumin seed
1/2 teaspoons fenugreek seeds
1/2 teaspoons mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoons anise seed
1/2 teaspoons nigella seeds (seeds)
1 cauliflower (washed and cut into florets)
salt
1 teaspoon chili powder (red chili powder i use 1 tsp of chilli but we like spicy food)
1/2 teaspoons turmeric
5 1/2 cloves garlic cloves (pounded roughly)
1 teaspoon ground ginger (sliced)
3 tablespoons yoghurt
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (leaves finely chopped)
