These are amazing! I've served them a number of times and they go quickly. As someone else suggested I serve these with a dish filled with the crushed graham crackers and let people dip their strawberries. This way the crushed crackers stay dry and people can add as much as the like. Thanks for sharing!

Very good, can be made in 30 minutes with items commonly found in the kitchen. To add some variety, I used Oreo cracker dust and added the filling to the cheesecake mix. It really made me look good.

These were great! I made them for my mom as a Mother's Day treat and everyone loved them! It was so easy to make, which is always a plus. I lost count but this made over 40 with a lot of the cheesecake filling left

Made these for an office party but I added a splash of Vanilla Rum. I swear they were gone in less than 10 minutes

Definitely yummy but I added a bit more powdered sugar to the recipe to make it a little creamier. Kind of a pain to cut the strawberries so I don't plan on making it this way again but I do plan on keeping the recipe to make other delicious cheesecake treats.

incrediblely delicious. Has stunned every crowd I've made them for. Pro tip: when you hull the strawberries, leaving lots of room for filling, smear a little filling on the part you removed, and EAT IT. Justify it because that part wasn't pretty enough to take to the party anyway

These were awesome I used a melon baller to take out the middle part and my 2 yr old ate them ! Fun to make with siblings!! I also added a little more vanilla

I brought these to 2 different Christmas Pot Luck Dinners and they where gobbled up! I think folks especially like the idea of a one bite dessert instead of committing to a whole cookie or brownie. I used egg cartons for a safe transport and even served them in it with a fork available to pluck them out of their cubbies. I have used crushed Sugar Cookies on top and was thinking about trying crushed Oreo. These are a fun dessert and easy to prep! An awesome addition to my recipe book!

Coring a strawberry was actually kind of fun... tasty recipe..had to add a bit more sugar and vanilla and make sure your strawberries are nice and sweet! Lovely after dinner treats!

This was really good! I would do almond extract next time also! 😍 i also liek the idea of putting finely chopped almonds on top!

These r the Biggest hit ever with everyone. Doesn,t matter how much u make its never enough LOL!! I also have filled them with chocolate icing. And used egg cartons to transport them so the the bottom doesn,t have to be cut off..

I did these for 4th of July theme. I also cut a small slice off the bottom to get them to stand up straight.... pushed a straw thru the bottom of the berry to remove stem.. placed a blueberry inside to prevent oozing of cheesecake...and topped with a toothpick skewered with 2 blueberries for easy handling.... big hit with everyone

I made these and they were so simple & delicious; just a one bite "pop-in-your-mouth" cheesecake bite. (Cutting off a slice at the bottom & mounding the filling made them standup and look prettier.) Thinking finely chopped almonds on top would work too.

A nice variation on this is to use ALMOND extract in place of vanilla. I have also used banana extract, but almond is definitely my family and friends' favorite. Would be a fun project with the kids -- divide the filling before adding a specific flavor and lett them experiment with the filling. :)

It was easy to make and was absolutely delicious. Several people tried it and everybody loved it. The only problem I had was standing the strawberries up after I filled them. So next time I will use a muffin pan or something like that.

It was very good. It could have been a little sweeter, so I would probably add more sugar next time. Also, make sure you let the strawberries dry after washing them, because I didn't and the final product was a little watery and runny. Other than that, they were very good and I'll definitely make them again.

These are delicious!!! I don't even like strawberries but LOVED these. I did use a little more powdered sugar (about 3/4 cup) I felt it wasn't sweet enough...kinda like straight cream cheese. Cut a flat spot on the bottom of the strawberry so it can stand.

This treat turned out very delicious. There so many things that you could put the filling on or so much more.
Jaimie S. 16 Jun 2016
Simple and delicious! Had leftover filling so we spread it on graham crackers for another tasty treat!
Taylor R. 23 May 2016
These were delicious. I will defiantly be making these again in the future! My family loved them and so did my neighbor. I also coated the strawberries in chocolate and they were very yummy!

In one word "YUM"! A keeper, great idea. I did not have graham crumbs so I used finely chopped walnuts.
Alicia R. 17 May 2016
Perfect and easy to make! They taste like strawberry cheesecake and look beautiful on a plate! I have made them three times already
Kathleen T. 16 May 2016
Easy to make and delicious. Definitely will make it again! The crumbs add texture the cheesecake-like flavour but I found that not everyone likes the graham cracker crumbs but the strawberries taste good with and without them.
