Ingredients

4 1/2 cups gin (Cucumber, or 2 oz., how-to follows)
2 1/4 cups fresh lime juice (or 1 oz.)
1 cup simple syrup (Mint, or 1/2 oz., how-to follows)
cucumber (peels, for garnish)
mint sprigs (Fresh, for garnish)
2 1/2 cups cucumber (diced, peeled, in 4 1/2 cups gin, covered and chilled, 8 hours to 4 days, or 1/2 cup cucumber in 1 cup gin. Strain; store indefinitely in the refrigerator.)
1 cup mint leaves
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
