2 pounds round steaks (trimmed of all fat and cut into 2-inch cubes)
1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 eggplant (chopped into 2-inch cubes)
1 chayotes (militon)
2 green bell pepper (chopped into 2-inch pieces, divided)
3 scallions (chopped fine)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
fresh parsley (chopped)
1 head cabbage (remove outer leaves, core and chop into 2-inch pieces)
20 ounces lima beans (frozen fordhook)
12 ounces string beans (frozen, chopped into 2-inch pieces)
3 sliced carrots (peeled and, into 2-inch pieces)
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach
1 bunch watercress (chopped)
5 chicken (Maggi, cubes, chicken bouillon soup cubes)
3/4 cups tomato paste
3 lemon (juice of)
salt (to taste)
ground black pepper (fresh, to taste)
garlic powder (to taste)
vinegar (haitian spicy, Pikliz my Spicy Vinegar of Haiti - Picklese, Pikliz)
seasoning (powder, Adobo seasoning)
