1 yellow onion (medium, chopped)
3 cups green peas (frozen, thawed)
2 plum tomatoes (medium, chopped)
1 teaspoon loosely packed fresh basil leaves
1/4 teaspoons ground black pepper
1/2 cups garlic

1Melt 2 tablespoons Shedd's Spread Country Crock Spread® in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 10 minutes.
2Stir in peas, tomatoes, garlic and pepper and cook, stirring frequently, until tomatoes and peas are tender, about 3 minutes.
3Stir in remaining 1 tablespoon Spread and basil.
