3 franks (turkey, chopped)
1 tablespoon mustard
100 grams Neufchâtel (low-fat)

Directions

1Grind the turkey franks and the mustard using a food processor. Add the Neufchatel cheese, blue cheese (optional), and hot sauce and mix for a smooth texture.
2Shape the dip into a ball.
