Ingredients

3 peaches (slightly unripened)
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
5 peppermint (leaves, chopped)
1 teaspoon olive oil
ground black pepper

Directions

1Peel the peaches and cut into wedges.
2In a bowl, add the peaches, sugar, and salt. Mix and let it rest for 10 minutes.
