1 pie pumpkin (see step 1)
1 cup sugar (see step 10 for alternatives)
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
1/2 teaspoons salt (I don't use any, optional)
4 large eggs
3 cups pumpkin (glop, ok... "sieved, cooked pumpkin")
18 ounces evaporated milk (I use the nonfat version)
