2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 cups water (or 1/4 cup broth)
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper (sliced)
4 ounces mushrooms (sliced)
1 1/2 cups broccoli
1 1/2 cups chinese eggplants
1 cup purple onion (sliced)
1/2 cups bamboo shoots
1/2 cups water chestnuts
