2 pounds pork (boneless, cut into 40 1 inch pieces, shoulder or butt is nice)
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon chili flakes (dried hot)
1/4 cups canola oil
1/4 cups ketchup
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
5 pounds pineapple (ripe, peeled,cored and cut into 30 wedges)
1 pint cherry tomatoes
3 green bell pepper (cut into 1 inch chunks)
