Description

Crepes are a super versatile recipe to have in your arsenal. This version is sweetened with a little bit of sugar, making it the perfect canvas for a variety of sweet toppings. A smear of nutella and some sliced banana folded into a crepe makes a great breakfast, while apple sauteed with cinnamon and honey with a scoop of ice cream turn these sweet crepes into a decadent dessert.

Ingredients

250 grams flour
3 eggs
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
melted butter (5 cl.)
milk (50 cl.)
salt

Directions

1In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt.
2Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and break the eggs one by one, mixing them in the hole as you go. Gradually add the milk and butter. Once the dough is smooth, let the dough rest for at least an hour before cooking the pancakes.
