2 1/2 cups cooked turkey (diced)
2 cups swiss cheese (good, grated)
1 inch oil
1 onions
4 eggs (beaten)
2 1/2 cups milk (any kind)
1/4 teaspoons black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons dried mixed herbs (any combination, sage, thyme, marjoram, oregano all work well if using fresh herbs, use at least 1 TBS.)
