Ingredients

2 tablespoons promise buttery spread
5 carrots (large, finely chopped (about 2 cups))
1 zucchini (large, finely chopped (about 2 cups))
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 sweet onion
8 ounces white mushrooms
1/2 pounds sirloin steak
1/2 teaspoons salt
28 ounces crushed tomatoes in puree (thick)
14 1/2 ounces beef broth (fat free reduced sodium)
1 pound penn pasta, cook and drain (whole grain)

Directions

1Melt Promise® Buttery Spread in large saucepot over medium-high heat and cook carrots, zucchini, red pepper, onion and mushrooms 8 minutes or until tender and just beginning to brown. Stir in ground sirloin and salt and brown, stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes and broth. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 30 minutes. Serve over hot penne.
