1/2 teaspoons kosher salt (I use Diamond Kosher salt; use about half as much table salt if you don't have it.)
1 orange (large)
1/4 teaspoons ground allspice
1/4 teaspoons ground ginger
1/4 teaspoons dry mustard
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
